SC-IboTec®

Under the SC-IboTec® trademark, Scholten offers flooring and floor panels made of cast basalt for a variety of different requirements ranging from strong corrosion resistance in the chemical industry and commercial use, e.g. in breweries or restaurants, to stylishly designed cast basalt floors for private households.

Basalt is a natural stone and therefore harmless to the environment and people and is also recyclable. It is not only resistant to mechanical stress, but also to aggressive chemicals. Cast basalt products are temperature-resistant, explosion-proof, and do not release any hazardous substances.
